Products & Customization

All items are handmade and/or customized. Due to the custom nature of our products, slight variations in color, design placement, or final appearance may occur. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Mockups and previews are for reference only. Final products may differ slightly due to material, lighting, or screen settings.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are made specifically for you.

  • Once production has started, no changes or cancellations can be made.

  • Please double-check  colors, and details before submitting your order.

  • DUN.OUR.WAY DESIGNS is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

Payment Policy

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment is received. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Turnaround Time (7-10 days)

Processing times vary depending on order volume and customization. Current turnaround times are listed on the website or communicated at the time of purchase. Turnaround time does not include shipping time.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued if:

  • The item arrives damaged, or

  • There is an error made by DUN.OUR.WAY DESIGNS

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

Shipping Policy
